Position: Marketing Expert — Marketing Operations (AI Agent Environments)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $60–$100/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Design task briefs based on real marketing operations experience, focusing on planted issues and strong decision-making.
• Specify documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states for realistic task execution.
• Write or review reference answers and criteria distinguishing strong from plausible-but-wrong responses.
• Review and evaluate AI agent attempts against personal standards.
• Diagnose issues from messy data, prioritize tasks, plan, execute, and orchestrate multi-step work across tools.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Hands-on practitioner experience in marketing operations.
• Fluent in CRM tools like Salesforce , marketing automation platforms, project trackers like Asana or Linear , and support tools like Zendesk or Intercom .
• Clear written reasoning skills.

Preferred

• Experience building AI training environments , RL environments , or simulated case studies.
• Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification.
