The role
Are you an experienced IFA Administrator or Wealth Management professional who understands exactly how financial planning works? Do you have hands-on experience working with investment and custody platforms, supporting advisers, and managing client portfolios through the full advice lifecycle? Tanager Wealth Management is looking for a detail-driven Client Services Administrator to support advisers and deliver a high-quality client experience within a structured, professional environment.

What you'll be doing
You'll play a central role in supporting the advice process, ensuring everything runs smoothly from initial instruction through to implementation and ongoing servicing. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing new business submissions across investment platforms
- Handling transfers, re-registrations, and asset movements
- Working daily with platforms such as Transact, Pershing, Dentons, Interactive Brokers
- Supporting advisers with client reviews
- Acting as a point of contact for client and provider queries
- Maintaining accurate records in back-office systems (e.g. Salesforce CRM)
- Preparing forms to facilitate cash movements (e.g. deposits and withdrawals)
- Ensuring all activity meets FCA compliance, AML, and KYC requirements
What we're looking for
This role will suit someone already working within an IFA, wealth management firm, or financial planning environment.
- Experience as an IFA Administrator / Wealth Administrator / Client Service Associate
- Strong understanding of the client onboarding journey
- Proven experience using investment platforms and back-office systems
- Knowledge of pensions, ISAs, investments, and client portfolio administration
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment
- Progress towards (or interest in) CII/CISI qualifications is desirable
