Position: Marketing Expert — Field Marketing (AI Agent Environments)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $60–$100/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
- Design task briefs from your field marketing or events experience, focusing on the task's true test and decision-making.
- Specify necessary documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states for realistic task execution.
- Write or review reference answers and criteria distinguishing strong from plausible-but-wrong responses.
- Review AI agent attempts and evaluate them against your standards.
- Diagnose issues from messy data, prioritize, plan, execute, QA, triage, research, evaluate, report, and orchestrate multi-step work across tools.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Hands-on experience in field marketing or events .
- Comfortable with CRM tools like Salesforce and project trackers like Asana or Linear .
- Clear written reasoning.
Preferred
- Experience building AI training environments , RL environments , or simulated case studies.
- Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification.
