Role Responsibilities
- Create high-quality training data for frontier AI systems.
- Develop compliance scenarios using expertise in internal controls and compliance programs.
- Translate regulatory requirements into clear checklists and approval steps.
- Review and evaluate business operations for alignment with internal policies.
- Collaborate on a UK business-hours rhythm with live team sessions.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 5+ years in business operations, internal controls, advertising or marketing operations, risk, or compliance program management.
- Ability to explain requirements in plain language.
- Must be based in the United Kingdom and have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
Preferred
- Experience in media, publishing, advertising agencies, live events, or consumer subscription businesses.
- Familiarity with compliance training design, RACI definition, and monthly operating review calendars.
