We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Head of Product Management to join our innovative team at a rapidly growing seed-stage company. Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you will play a key role in building category-defining products & features. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire product delivery process from conception to making the feature successful.
Responsibilities- Feature Conception: Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points and challenges. Identify the best solutions to address these challenges. Own the conceptualization and definition of solutions, translating them into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs). Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration between product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to refine and validate PRDs.
- Product Delivery: Convert the product objectives for the next 2 quarters into a comprehensive roadmap with an implementation plan ready for execution. Own and coordinate the end-to-end feature delivery process. Execute the roadmap at the highest velocity and maximize exceptional quality. Act as a point of contact for feature delivery questions toward internal stakeholders, the customer success team, the customer support team, and customers.
- Feature Success: Take responsibility for achieving success metrics for all launched features and product enhancements. Implement iterative improvements based on data-driven insights and user feedback.
- Excellent communication in English (both written and verbal) and presentation skills.
- Strong independent project ownership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication abilities to align stakeholders and convey critical information quickly & effectively.
- Exceptional skills in converting high-level ideas into detailed, implementation-ready specifications.
- Experience working in B2B and/or SaaS Product Management.
