Production Planning & ERP Coordinator

Are you experienced in production planning, manufacturing administration or ERP coordination ?
We are recruiting for a proactive Production Planning & ERP Coordinator to support the smooth flow of customer orders into production within a busy manufacturing environment.
This role combines ERP administration, manufacturing order preparation, production planning and customer order coordination.
The Role
- Prepare and maintain item and production data within the ERP system
- Coordinate production-planning activities
- Monitor priorities and production requirements
- Create, review and release Manufacturing Orders
- Process customer orders
- Produce accurate order confirmations
- Maintain accurate ERP records
- Support ERP and planning issue resolution
- Communicate delivery information to customers
- Work closely with internal production and operational teams
- Support continuous improvement of planning and ERP processes
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment
- Experience using manufacturing ERP systems
- Understanding of production planning principles
- Familiarity with manufacturing orders
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable managing several priorities at once
- Strong IT and data-handling ability
- Proactive and customer-focused approach
Experience with inventory management, operational coordination or continuous improvement would be advantageous.
