The Sales & Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in driving Manar's marketing initiatives by providing handsâon support to ensure campaigns, projects, sales, and promotional efforts are executed efficiently and effectively. This position works closely with experienced sales and marketing professionals, utilises cuttingâedge tools, and directly contributes to the company's growth, brand visibility, and overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage marketing and sales materials to support the sales team.
- Collaborate with creative partners on branding, graphics, promotional materials, and advertising copy.
- Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns.
- Identify and evaluate effective marketing and promotional channels (digital and media).
- Maintain and update CRM and marketing databases.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and opportunities.
- Support inbound and outbound marketing efforts (events, content, advertising, optimization).
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to support the sales pipeline.
- Manage and support social media platforms and content scheduling.
- Assist with sales presentations, reports, and marketing collateral.
- Coordinate trade shows, conferences, and promotional events (including attendance as needed).
- Perform administrative and coordination tasks (scheduling, documentation, organization).
- Support additional sales and marketing initiatives as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
