PGL is hiring a Chef to join our busy catering team at our adventure centres in the UK. You will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, stock ordering and cost control, reporting to the Head Chef. You will work to high standards in a lively, family-friendly environment.
You will work a minimum number of late nights, with a Friday or Saturday evening off most weeks (outside peak season) and limited Christmas work. PGL values fun, safety, quality, inclusivity, teamwork and respect.
