Your new company: Working for an international private equity company, supporting their real estate investment management arm of the business circa 100-120 HC. Hybrid 3 days a week, £80-£100k DOE. Based in London City near Liverpool Street.

Your new role: You will be a true business partner, supporting the senior leadership team and board members on HR strategy. You will be the number 1 point of contact for all HR queries, whilst being supported by the organisation's centre of excellence. Provide senior leadership with people support, including employee relations, succession planning and workforce strategy. Partner with MD level to devise and execute HR plans. Support wider international HR team on projects across the parent company at group level.

What you’ll need to succeed: You will be an experienced HR Business Partner with 5-10 years of recent experience working within a financial services environment, supporting senior stakeholders. Ideally, you will have a degree and/or masters in Human Resources. Understanding how to work in a matrix organisation with various centres of excellence. Data-driven analytical skills to make business decisions. Ability to make board level people decisions. Recent experience in Financial Services or Professional Services required, with experience of seeing an HR calendar through multiple cycles.
