Working for a global SME firm, you will work in a stand alone HR Manager role largely focusing on HR operations including recruitment, ER, creating competency frameworks, supporting the implementation of a new HRIS, visa processing and L&D. There will also be some opportunity to be involved in HR strategy.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • CIPD qualified or equivalent.
  • Experience in a stand alone HR manager role for a small global business.
  • Support for an international client group in a generalist remit.
  • Experience of using a variety of HR systems and processing international visas.
  • Ability to start a new role immediately, committing to a 3-6 month contract working 2-3 days per week in the Central London office.
