Job Description
I am working with an innovative organisation who are looking for an HR Generalist to join their organisation to partner with a variety of business areas across EMEAI. You will be required to travel to their offices in Bracknell 5 times a week, which is easily accessible by car or public transport.
You will be responsible for providing advice, guidance and driving initiatives to support the business strategy. Develop recruitment strategies to support staffing and employment goals and provide full recruitment support for your business areas. Maintain good organisational awareness to drive and support talent management within the business partnering areas.
You must have experience working in a business partnering role and be able to demonstrate good working knowledge of UK employment law. You must have the ability to work with minimal supervision and lead projects where required.
This role will provide you with flexibility and autonomy to lead and participate in a variety of different projects, and you will be able to get involved in a wide array of HR activities, allowing you to be a true generalist.
