Cosa farai (attività didattiche e obiettivi):
- Progettare e registrare lezioni, workshop e casi studio su programmazione lavori, organizzazione tecnico-logistica di cantiere e controlli di sicurezza.
- Guidare esercitazioni su monitoraggio tempi e costi, analisi redditività e pianificazione risorse (Gantt, WBS, cronoprogramma, baseline, SAL).
- Trasferire competenze su coordinamento subappalti: RDO, ODA, qualifica fornitori e controllo qualità .
- Trattare la compliance HSE: POS, PSC, gestione piani di sicurezza e conformità normativa.
- Curare moduli su contabilità lavori, gestione SAL in contraddittorio con DL e predisposizione varianti (computi, note prezzi).
- Approfondire documentazione ambientale (CAM, DNSH) e verifiche autorizzative (vincoli, permessi).
- Introdurre elementi pratici di rilievi, picchettamenti e attività topografiche a supporto del PM di cantiere.
- Valutare l’apprendimento con prove pratiche e project work; fornire feedback individuali.
Programma indicativo dei moduli:
- Ruolo del PM in edilizia e ingegneria naturalistica; stakeholder governance di commessa.
- Pianificazione operativa: WBS, cronoprogramma, piano approvvigionamenti, layout di cantiere.
- Cost & time control: budget, EVM, controllo SAL, gestione extracosti/ritardi.
- Qualità e sicurezza: POS/PSC, audit, coordinamento imprese e maestranze.
- Appalti e subappalti: RDO, ODA, capitolati, gestione fornitori.
- Documentazione ambientale: CAM, DNSH, tracciabilità e rendicontazione.
- Varianti e contenziosi: computi, note prezzi, istruttorie tecniche.
- Rilievi topografia applicata al controllo avanzamento.
- Project work finale su caso reale.
Requisiti:
- Esperienza comprovata come Project Manager in lavori pubblici/edilizia/ambientale.
- Ottima conoscenza della normativa tecnica, ambientale e della sicurezza nei cantieri.
- Padronanza di gestione economica commesse e contabilità lavori.
- Capacità di coordinamento risorse interne e fornitori.
- Conoscenza operativa di CAM e DNSH.
- Spiccate doti comunicative, chiarezza espositiva e orientamento pratico.
Plus graditi:
- Abilitazioni/qualifiche (es. CSP/CSE, RSPP, coordinatore sicurezza).
- Esperienza didattica o di mentoring.
- Conoscenza software: Primavera/MS Project, AutoCAD, strumenti topografici, suite Office/Google.
