Are you passionate, driven and want to be part of our school catering team in E12? If you are an innovative, trendy, sociable and dynamic person who enjoys working in a great environment offering all modern food trends then this could be the role for you!

You will be reporting to our Operations Manager who oversees this contract; and will be responsible both operationally and financially to ensure the smooth running on a day to day basis. You will be working within a Catering environment where all the food is prepared with fresh ingredients daily.

You will want to provide the best service and have experience operating a diverse portfolio of service offers ranging from retail to grab n go, with occasional hospitality events. You must have chef experience and be able to manage a large team to deliver culinary and customer service excellence. You must bring innovative solutions and quality service in alignment with business objectives and client expectations.

We are looking for someone who has the ability to meet and exceed financial targets and really want someone with excellent organisational, multi-tasking & communication skills and possess a ‘hands on’ and proactive management style. You must have strong IT skills and be experienced in producing reports, monitoring GP and closing weekly accounts.

This is a Term time only position with occasional events out of hours. Safeguarding is of the utmost importance to Churchill therefore you will be required to complete a full DBS Clearance.
