About this role … An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our fantastic F&B & C&E Teams as an Assistant Event Manager. You'll be ensuring high standards of customer service, efficient execution of events, and the delivery of food and beverage services. Working closely with other Assistant Managers across the venue, supporting both the C&E and F&B Managers while taking the lead in managing on-the-ground operational teams. This role includes active involvement in the supervision and coordination of daily operations and contributing to strategic planning.

  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day rota, including evenings and weekends.
  • Quick thinking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks.
  • The confidence and capability to run the venue as Duty Manager when required, ensuring operational oversight, guest satisfaction, and staff coordination during these shifts.
