An experienced Bookkeeper is required by a successful accounting practice in Fife.
You will have experience of working in a professional accountant\βs office in the UK, either at present or recently, ideally for around two years. This is essential. You will have experience of preparing accounts to trial balance or above for a variety of clients and also bookkeeping and other ad hoc duties, including preparing VAT returns and payroll.
This opportunity offers you the chance of dealing with a very varied portfolio of clients, many of whom are sole traders and partnerships, but also limited companies. You will handle incomplete records jobs in a busy, very friendly office. You will find that you are counted very much as an individual here, not just as a number, as in so many other such businesses.
You will have good written and verbal communication skills and an enthusiastic attitude. You will also be looking for a permanent position which involved working in an office environment on a full-time basis. Urgent!
