Management Solutions is an international consulting firm whose core mission is to deliver business, risk, financial, organizational and process-related advisory services, targeting both functional aspects and the implementation of related technologies.

Administration:

  • Provide administrative/executive support to management including expense recording and control as well as check request and registration.
  • General administrative responsibilities: office reception desk, document control (including operationalization of vetting process), calls, mailing, shipping, filing and copying.
  • Manage procurement of all office supplies, equipment and furniture.
  • Monitor and control office supplies and hardware.
  • Support relationship with outsourcers and vendors (training companies, real estate brokers, insurance brokers and companies, etc.).
  • File and maintain contracts (clients, office, provider, vendors, etc.).
  • Support personnel recruiting process: contact with universities, arrange meetings with candidates and update Human Resources Data Bases.
  • Organization of meetings and seminars relating to the Financial Industry: contact assistance and follow up, hotel services, catering, etc.
  • Organization of yearly corporate events.

Language skills: fluent in Spanish and English.

Qualifications:

  • Office Manager with proven experience and formal training in office administration (Level 3 equivalent).
  • Graduate from Business Administration and Management, Public Management and Administration, Hospitality, International Trade and Business, Accounting and Finance, Economics, Modern Languages or Translation and Interpreting, Corporate Communication or Public Relations, Journalism, Labour Relations and Human Resources, Tourism, Library and Information Science.
  • Strong skills and expertise in Microsoft Office.
