Administration:
- Provide administrative/executive support to management including expense recording and control as well as check request and registration.
- General administrative responsibilities: office reception desk, document control (including operationalization of vetting process), calls, mailing, shipping, filing and copying.
- Manage procurement of all office supplies, equipment and furniture.
- Monitor and control office supplies and hardware.
- Support relationship with outsourcers and vendors (training companies, real estate brokers, insurance brokers and companies, etc.).
- File and maintain contracts (clients, office, provider, vendors, etc.).
- Support personnel recruiting process: contact with universities, arrange meetings with candidates and update Human Resources Data Bases.
- Organization of meetings and seminars relating to the Financial Industry: contact assistance and follow up, hotel services, catering, etc.
- Organization of yearly corporate events.
Language skills: fluent in Spanish and English.
Strong skills and expertise in Microsoft Office.
