The University of Huddersfield is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor / Clerk of Works to join its Estates & Facilities team and deliver quality assurance across the university estate.
You will manage smaller-scale projects, undertake site inspections, identify defects, monitor health and safety (RAMS and permits to work) and ensure compliance with Building Regulations, CDM and the Building Safety Act, collaborating with contractors and stakeholders.
