This is more than just a leadership role — it’s a chance to make a measurable impact, collaborate with passionate sales leaders across Europe, and lead from the front in a fast-paced, ambitious environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Build strong customer retention and growth within existing accounts, while opening new business — leading from the front is a promise we make to our people.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of sales managers to exceed ambitious targets, building compelling business cases throughout the sales process to win new customers.
  • Track and drive KPIs and sales results, reporting progress weekly to the Group CEO & CRO.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and customer success teams, bringing insights from the market, customers, and broader economic environment.
  • Be a visible, hands-on leader who leads by example and fosters a high-performance culture.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years in a senior B2B sales leadership role focused on the UK market.
  • Experience scaling sales and driving revenue growth, with a deep understanding of UK business and sales environments.
  • A strong network within technology and consultancy companies; a background in sponsorship sales for large-scale business conferences is a plus.
  • Strong business acumen with analytical strengths in sales process management, pipeline development, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with consultative, solution-based sales cycles.

What We Offer

  • A key leadership role in a fast-scaling, internationally expanding company.
  • The opportunity to build and shape the UK sales team from the ground up.
  • Competitive salary and uncapped bonus structure.
  • Regular leadership coaching and close support from senior management.
  • A collaborative, energetic culture with talented colleagues across Europe.
  • Numerous well-being benefits such as the possibility for 12 extra vacation days every year.

To apply, please submit your application and CV by May 20th. We encourage you to include:
