We’re looking for a Sales Director to elevate our commercial strategy in the UK — selling our services to solution providers in this market. This is more than just a leadership role — it\’s a chance to make a measurable impact, collaborate with passionate sales leaders across Europe, and lead from the front in a fast-paced, ambitious environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive UK market sales growth through your own sales efforts and leadership, closely collaborating with Sales Directors from other markets.
  • Build strong customer retention and growth within existing accounts, while opening new business — leading from the front is a promise we make to our people.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of sales managers to exceed ambitious targets, building compelling business cases throughout the sales process to win new customers.
  • Track and drive KPIs and sales results, reporting progress weekly to the Group CEO & CRO.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and customer success teams, bringing insights from the market, customers, and broader economic environment.
  • Be a visible, hands‑on leader who leads by example and fosters a high‑performance culture.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years in a senior B2B sales leadership role focused on the UK market
  • Experience scaling sales and driving revenue growth, with a deep understanding of UK business and sales environments
  • A strong network within technology and consultancy companies; a background in sponsorship sales for large‑scale business conferences is a plus
  • Strong business acumen with analytical strengths in sales process management, pipeline development, forecasting, and reporting
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with consultative, solution‑based sales cycles
