The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and professional salesperson who can bring energy, expertise, and ambition to our business. This is a key role for someone who wants to make a tangible impact, taking advantage of our strong service reputation, solid infrastructure, and a supportive leadership team. The role is field based working in the following postcode areas: SL, HP, OX, RG, UB and London. When not in the field you will be expected to work from our High Wycombe office. You'll have the autonomy to build and grow your own pipeline, while helping shape the direction and future success of our sales operation. For the right individual, this could lead to senior leadership opportunities as the business continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business from SMEs to major organisations.
- Develop and execute targeted sales plans that open doors and build a healthy, sustainable pipeline.
- Deliver a consultative sales approach, understanding client challenges and presenting solutions that genuinely add value.
- Build long‑term customer relationships based on trust, clarity, and service excellence.
- Work closely with our operations and service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and outstanding customer experiences.
- Contribute insight and ideas to marketing, lead generation, and overall business growth initiatives.
About You
You are driven, confident, and motivated by results. You enjoy selling in a solutions-based, customer-focused environment and thrive on building new relationships.
Qualifications
- A proven track record in Managed Print Services, at least 2 years. (experience in IT or workflow solutions is advantageous but not essential).
- The ability to generate new opportunities through proactive prospecting and relationship building.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A consultative, problem-solving approach to selling.
- The desire to play a key role in a growing business and contribute to the development of the wider sales function and the company as a whole.
