Client Description:
We are working with some lovely primary schools in Havant and Hayling Island who use Manaba for ad-hoc supply teaching, as well as cover for longer term absence.We welcome applicants who can offer full time or part time.PPA time and payment to scale is provided for long term supply.Flexible work patterns and ad hoc supply, dictated by your own diary.
Responsibilities:
- Feedback to the regular class teacher
- Making sure safeguarding is at the forefront of your mind, and ensuring any concerns about a child or the behaviour of another adult is reported
- Ensuring a high standard of behaviour management
- To assist the SLT in ensuring the provision of a warm, accepting environment in which the emotional, social, educational, cultural and spiritual needs of individuals can be met
- To maintain records accurately and methodically as instructed by the Headteacher or laid down in the schools policies and procedures
- To take responsibility for your own Health and Safety at work, and to report any Health and Safety matters
- To demonstrate a commitment to equal opportunities and anti-discriminatory practice
