The Role: As a Commis Waiter / Waitress at MA/NA, you will support the restaurant floor team in delivering a seamless, thoughtful and polished guest experience. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their fine-dining journey who is eager to learn, develop strong service foundations, and grow within a world-class hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support waiters and head waiters during service to ensure smooth guest experience
- Assist with food and beverage service, including running dishes and clearing tables
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across tables and service areas
- Prepare and reset tables, mise en place and service stations before and during service
- Follow service standards, etiquette and guidance from senior team members
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with colleagues across all departments
- Anticipate guest and team needs and respond with efficiency and care
- Assist with opening, closing and side duties as required

- Previous hospitality experience preferred, but not essential
