Our Rutland based client is part of a Global Company that has carved a niche for themselves as the acknowledged market leaders in the supply and repair of industrial alternators and motors. This has been achieved by continually investing in their manufacturing facilities, R & D and, importantly, having a well-trained and motivated workforce.
The ROLE
A need has arisen for a strong Warehouse Manager with experience of SAP. The minutia of the role includes:
- Managing staff
- Overseeing the efficient unloading and put-away
- Supervising order picking and dispatch of goods
- Ensuring that staff and work area productivity targets are met
- Leading the implementation, training and use of systems for the department
- Monitoring health and safety
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for a strong Warehouse Manager with experience of SAP. The right candidate will possess:
- Warehouse Management experience
- SAP knowledge
- Experience of working within a manufacturing/production/engineering environment
Package
Salary: £35-40K Basic - depending on experience
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday - core operations hours are 0545-1700hrs
Annual Bonus up to 7% of salary
Holidays: 20 days holiday increasing with service to a maximum of 25 days plus Bank Holidays
5% employer contributed Pension Scheme
4 x salary death in service benefit scheme
