We are looking for a results driven, motivated, high performing new Business Development professional to join the team. You will be joining a team that is passionate about making a difference. You will be working with a nationwide company established over 70 years ago with over 13,000 clients in the UK. Our client offers vital solutions to SMEs. Our client grew by 20% last year! You should join if you are a high-calibre sales professional with a genuine desire to help businesses succeed.

As a Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Attend sales appointments booked by your Telemarketing partner.
  • Take a consultative approach to sales, providing each Client with a solution that matches their specific requirements.
  • Self-generate new leads and develop links with potential introducers and referral partners.
  • Thrive on working in a fast paced, target focused high energy and high reward culture.

THE PACKAGE: Basic £30K, guaranteed to £60K in the first year. If you hit target, you earn an additional £22,500 per quarter. Top earners do earn £150K + Company car or £5,000 car allowance. Life insurance, 24/7 Employment Relations Advice Line, and your birthday off!
