Role: Due to an internal promotion, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic Accounts Assistant to work as a Purchase Ledger Clerk for the accounts payable function.
Responsibilities:
- Set up new supplier records
- Maintain supplier records
- Review purchase orders
- Resolve invoice queries
- Produce weekly payment runs
- Process employee expense claims
