The successful Field Sales Manager will be required to do the following:
People management of a Field Sales team across a defined geographical area.
To be responsible for all recruitment, inductions, and sales training for all members of the team.
Total responsibility for a team of Field Sales Consultants and their on-going development and performance management.
Ensure team members are skilful in the application of self-generated new business and closing appointments to increase sales.
The Field Sales Manager will conduct a quarterly one-on-one review with all Field Sales Executives to ensure effective communication, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of sales and activity performance
