Operations Manager Location: Northamptonshire

The COMPANY Our client is an independent company who have carved themselves a niche supplying/designing powertrain components (exhausts, and other specialist Automotive components) to OE Automotive customers.

The ROLE The Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the manufacturing business.

This is an all encompassing genuine Operations Manager position - As such you will have Key Responsibilities for;

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
