Overview

The COMPANY is a leader in designing and building modern data centres with 24/7 monitored solutions for the UK’s Defence, Local Authority, Education and Emergency Services sectors.

Role

Due to early retirement, this is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Salesperson to promote prefabricated modular data centre facilities across the North of England. The role involves client engagement and building on an already healthy pipeline within the Education sector UK‑wide, targeting universities, research bodies and publicly funded institutions.

Person

The right candidate will be an intelligent and dynamic Business Development Manager keen to develop their career further within this progressive organisation.

• Experienced in complex, long‑cycle sales
• Demonstrable sales experience
• Background in technical, infrastructure, construction‑adjacent or engineered solutions environments
• Exposure to public‑sector procurement, frameworks or tenders
• Education or public sector sales experience
• Datacentre knowledge is advantageous but not essential

Compensation

Excellent package depending on experience, including a good basic salary, excellent commission and car allowance.

Location

North of England – commutable from Derby, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, Nottingham, Sheffield, Newcastle, Bradford, Hull.
