Parts & Shipping Coordinator
The COMPANY
Our client is a well-established global manufacturer of power generation, turbines, and combustion systems serving industries such as Marine, Petrochemical, Waste to Energy, Hospitals, Education, Offshore Oil & Gas, and Power Generation. Their extensive product range has earned them an excellent reputation across more than 100 countries. We are proud to support their ongoing expansion by providing suitable local staff to enhance their existing team.
The ROLE
Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a talented Goods In / Engineering Stores person to join their team. The primary responsibility of the Parts & Shipping Coordinator is to ensure all goods are picked, booked, packed, and shipped daily, with proper documentation for dispatched goods. Hours are 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
The CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will be an experienced buying/procurement professional, preferably with a background in manufacturing or engineering. Key skills include:
- Experience in a similar role
- FLT Licence / Vertical Lifter
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of MRP systems (advantageous)
- Experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment
- Ability to interpret piece part drawings
Salary and Package
Depending on experience, with an excellent package including:

Location
