The ROLE
Our Client is recruiting for a Blow-Moulding machine setter to join their well established team in the Corby facility from where they manufacture blow moulded containers. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assume responsibility for the performance of production equipment
  • Job change machines
  • Tool change machines
  • Maximise run time of allocated production lines
  • Effectively set the machines to minimise material wastage

The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for a strong team player possessing the following attributes:

  • Mechanical background
  • A desire to learn the blow moulding process
  • Happy to work permanent shift system
  • Experience in a factory/production environment
  • Confident personable approach to working in a team

SALARY: £20,500 rising to £37,000 when fully trained
