Mana OpCo Limited is seeking a senior finance leader to head the monthly and quarterly consolidation process, produce IFRS-compliant financial statements, and manage intercompany reconciliations across multiple jurisdictions.
You will own the group internal control framework, coordinate audits with external auditors, oversee tax compliance (UK and international), and drive governance improvements in reporting and statutory filings.
