Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN or SEMH Teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people? Mana Education is working with schools across Northants to recruit inspiring SEN and SEND Teachers who are committed to helping students reach their full potential.
The Role: You will be supporting pupils with a variety of special educational needs and disabilities including:
- Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- ADHD
- Speech, language, and communication difficulties
- Moderate and severe learning difficulties
Your responsibilities may include (depending on the role):
- Planning and delivering differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
- Creating a supportive and engaging classroom environment.
- Working collaboratively with SENCOs, support staff, and parents.
- Tracking progress and contributing to Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
About You:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or are an ECT with a passion for SEN or with relevant UK experience.
- Experience teaching pupils with SEN, SEND, or SEMH needs in UK schools.
- Additional training such as Team Teach, PECS, Makaton, or Autism Awareness is desirable.
- Patient, empathetic, and committed to inclusive education.
