Mana Education are urgently recruiting an SEN Teaching Assistant for an alternative provision academy in Swadlincote to support pupils who have been or are at risk of being excluded.

The role involves 1:1 support, small intervention groups and assisting learning.

We welcome candidates with experience in ASC, SEMH, speech and language needs, or challenging behaviour.

Teaching Assistant qualifications are beneficial but not essential; we offer excellent rates of pay and weekly pay.
