SEN Teaching Assistant Required - Swadlincote for a specialist SEND School. Excellent Rates of Pay. Long-Term to Permanent.

Mana Education are urgently recruiting an SEN Teaching Assistant for an alternative provision academy for pupils who have been, or are at risk of being, excluded from mainstream schools. We are looking for caring, patient and dedicated individuals to support children and young people.

  • Complex Medical Needs
  • ADHD & Emotional Regulation

You may work:

  • 1:1 with pupils
  • In small intervention groups
  • Supporting classroom learning
  • Assisting pupils with communication, emotional regulation and independence

  • Relevant experience supporting children or young people OR relevant experience in UK schools

  • Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion

Teaching Assistant qualifications are beneficial but not essential.
