Mana Education is seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils across four specialist school sites in Norfolk and Cambridgeshire.

You will provide 1:1 and small-group support for learners with complex needs, including ADHD and ASC, contributing to tailored education in nurturing environments.

Work alongside teachers, therapists and healthcare professionals to implement EHCP targets, manage behaviour positively, and foster independence and social development.
