Location: Various sites commutable from Royston, Cambridge, St Ives, St Neots, Huntingdon, Letchworth, Norwich, Diss, Thetford, Swaffham, Chatteris, Ely.

Job Type: Full-time | Part-time | Temporary | Temp-to-Perm | Permanent

Salary: £140 to £261 (dependent on experience and role - paid to scale where we can)

Are you an inspirational teacher with a passion for inclusive education and supporting pupils with complex needs? Mana Education is proud to be working in partnership with a well-established independent SEN Trust supporting four specialist school sites across Norfolk and Cambridgeshire. These schools provide highly personalised education for children and young people with a diverse range of additional needs in structured, therapeutic environments.

We are seeking dedicated and skilled SEN Teachers to join their specialist teams.

The Role:

  • Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with complex needs.
  • Teach pupils with ADHD, ASC (Autism Spectrum Condition), SEMH and communication needs.
  • Support learners with MLD, SLD and PMLD.
  • Adapt the curriculum to meet Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN).
  • Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, therapists and healthcare professionals.
  • Implement and review EHCP targets, ensuring measurable progress.
  • Use positive behaviour strategies and therapeutic approaches to support SEMH needs.
