SEN / SEMH Teacher Required - Northampton Area. Temp-to-Perm Opportunity | Specialist Alternative Provision. £150 to £261 per day (depending on experience and pay scale). Full Time.

Mana Education are working with a highly regarded specialist education provider seeking a dedicated and resilient SEN / SEMH Teacher to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about supporting young people who may have experienced barriers to learning and require a more personalised and nurturing educational environment. The role offers the opportunity to move into a permanent position following a successful temporary period.

The Role

You will be teaching small classes of pupils with a range of additional needs, including:

  • Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
  • Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
  • ADHD
  • Behavioural challenges
  • Communication and interaction needs
  • Pupils requiring alternative educational provision

The successful candidate will create engaging lessons, build positive relationships and help pupils develop both academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons
