Do you have a passion for supporting students and keeping the classroom running smoothly in the absence of a teacher? Mana Education is currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work on a supply basis in secondary schools across Spalding and nearby towns and villages. We offer both day-to-day cover and long-term placements.
The Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Deliver pre-set work to students
- Manage classroom behaviour
- Ensure a positive and productive learning environment
- Gain experience across a variety of schools
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in UK schools (essential)
- Own transport (essential)
- A confident and professional approach to classroom management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
