SEN Teaching Assistants required in Mansfield and surrounding areas.
Mana Education are urgently recruiting for a growing number of opportunities across specialist schools and SEND provisions.
We are looking for caring, patient and dedicated individuals to support children and young people with a wide range of additional needs across both primary and secondary age groups.
We offer flexible day-to-day supply work, long-term placements and permanent SEN support positions.

The Role
- 1:1 work with pupils or small intervention groups
- Support classroom learning and assist pupils with communication, emotional regulation and independence
- Support across day-to-day supply, short-term and long-term roles, maternity cover and temp-to-perm opportunities
- The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Relevant experience supporting children or young people or relevant experience in UK schools
- A calm, patient and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion
- Teaching Assistant qualifications are beneficial but not essential for all positions
