The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- QTS / equivalent recognised teaching qualification OR relevant experience in UK schools
- Experience supporting children or young people with SEND
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- A calm, patient and adaptable approach
- Passion for helping pupils achieve their potential
- Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion
