Are you ready to take ownership of one of the most critical value drivers in the used vehicle business at one of Europe’s leading commercial vehicle manufacturers? MAN Truck & Bus UK Ltd is seeking an analytical and commercially focused Residual Value Manager to join our TopUsed function, reporting to the Head of Planning & Business Steering. This is a key role where data-driven decision making meets commercial performance.
You will be responsible for residual value management across our used truck and van portfolio, ensuring market-aligned valuations that protect margin, support competitive pricing and minimise risk. You will work closely with Sales, Pricing, Product Management and Munich headquarters, you will steer valuation governance, manage RV requests via the RV Engine, and drive consistency, transparency and continuous improvement in decision making.
We are looking for a commercially strong and highly analytical professional with experience in residual value, pricing or vehicle lifecycle management. You will bring a structured approach, strong risk awareness and the confidence to influence stakeholders. In return, you will take on a high-impact role with direct influence on pricing, margin and portfolio performance within a respected global brand.
