Are you ready to lead a high-performing technical team at one of Europe’s leading commercial vehicle manufacturers? MAN Truck & Bus UK Ltd is seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Sales Engineering Manager to head our UK Sales Engineering and Homologation function, reporting to the Head of Product Management.
This is a pivotal technical role where engineering excellence meets commercial success. You will lead a skilled team responsible for vehicle specification, technical sales support, regulatory compliance, and customer-focused engineering solutions across our truck and van product portfolio.
Working closely with Sales, Product Management, Operations, bodybuilders, and factory colleagues, you will ensure our products meet customer requirements, legislative standards, and market opportunities. You will also shape technical capability across the business through training, coaching, and continuous improvement.
We are looking for a proven engineering leader with strong automotive or commercial vehicle engineering experience, deep technical credibility, and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders. Knowledge of UK/EU type approval, homologation, and vehicle applications would be highly advantageous.
