Are you an experienced leader with a passion for building strong customer relationships? Do you have a commercial mindset and enjoy working collaboratively to deliver exceptional customer service?
We are looking for a Head of Key Accounts to join our Customer Service Management (CSM) team on a full-time, permanent basis.
In this role, you will lead our Key Accounts team, managing and developing relationships with our National Fleet customers to achieve targets for parts revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction and vehicle uptime. Working closely with colleagues across the business, including Regional Operations, Sales and other internal departments, you will ensure our key customers receive a first-class service while identifying opportunities to strengthen and grow existing partnerships.
You will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Key Account Managers and support colleagues, ensuring account plans are in place and effectively managed. Acting as the senior escalation point for key customers, you will work proactively with both internal and external stakeholders to drive performance, improve communication and deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
We are looking for someone who is an inspiring people leader with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. You will have strong commercial awareness, ideally gained within the commercial vehicle industry, together with experience of managing high-level customer relationships. You will also be financially astute, proactive in identifying business opportunities and confident working across multiple stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
