We are recruiting for a Technical Support Manager (TGE) to join our team on a full time permanent basis.
In This Role You Will
- Develop and maintain an ongoing working relationship with the Swindon technical support department
- Assist the Regional Support Managers with regard to TGE technical support issues and attend structured meetings with dealer and customers as required
- Provide technical in service reports as required
- Carry out annual Road Speed Limiter audits at approved MAN dealer locations in line with DVSA requirements
Qualifications
- Good presentation and negotiating skills

- Working knowledge of computer diagnostic systems for fault finding and programming requirements
