Are you looking for a dynamic role? Are you able to work well under pressure, with a keen eye for detail? We are looking for a Technical Service Advisor to join our busy Stockton branch on a full time, permanent basis.

Responsibilities

  • The team supports the busy workshop with managing, booking and maintaining job cards and ensuring they’re all accurately and efficiently processed within a timely manner.
  • Engaging and communicating with customers, colleagues and key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Support the parts department with ordering parts and sub-contact work when required.
  • Costing the work and raising invoices from job cards/repair orders; managing cash and cheques for work completed and parts used charged back to appropriate accounts.
  • Report time, hours sold, statistics and budgetary information as required.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Flexible, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Some technical knowledge or administrative experience in a customer service environment.
