Are you ready to play a key role in delivering a seamless used vehicle journey within one of Europe’s leading commercial vehicle manufacturers? MAN Truck & Bus UK Ltd is seeking a proactive and detail-focused Vehicle Operations Advisor (Progressor) to support our TopUsed Retail business.
Responsibilities
- Manage the vehicle return (IVR) and preparation process within your region, ensuring vehicles are returned, inspected and prepared to agreed standards and ready for sale.
- Coordinate vehicle flow, manage timelines and support preparation activities in collaboration with Sales, Yard Operations and external partners, ensuring delivery readiness while maintaining a strong customer focus.
- Contribute to vehicle readiness, stock efficiency and customer satisfaction within the global brand.
