We are recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator to join our team based in Swindon.
Key Responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for managing the production of MAN Bus, Coach and Van products through its entire cycle from order to build, handover, and invoicing. You will oversee the full journey, follow numerous internal processes, and work with multiple stakeholders to ensure key deadlines are met for timely delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
To perform this role effectively, you should have a background in a similar role, such as working with cars, light vehicles, or trucks, with motor trade experience being a huge advantage. Experience using systems such as ESA, Kerridge, or SLI is desirable. Proven experience dealing with multiple stakeholders, prioritising workloads, and working well under pressure is essential. You should be resilient, possess excellent time‑management skills, and have a keen eye for detail. A sociable nature, willingness to collaborate with a diverse team, and strong interpersonal skills will help you fit in.
