MAN Truck & Bus UK Ltd is recruiting a Rental Manager on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract to establish and grow our TopUsed Rental business in Swindon. You will define the rental proposition, pricing, contracts and operating model while personally managing day‑to‑day operations including vehicle deployment, onboarding, billing and issue resolution.
You will collaborate with Sales, Planning, Residual Value and Finance to drive fleet strategy, utilisation and growth, while shaping governance.
