MAN Truck & Bus UK Ltd is seeking an analytical and commercially focused Residual Value Manager to join our TopUsed function, reporting to the Head of Planning & Business Steering. This is a key role where data‑driven decision making meets commercial performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage residual value across our used truck and van portfolio, ensuring market‑aligned valuations that protect margin, support competitive pricing and minimise risk.
- Work closely with Sales, Pricing, Product Management and Munich headquarters.
- Steer valuation governance, manage RV requests via the RV Engine, and drive consistency, transparency and continuous improvement in decision making.
Qualifications
- Experience in residual value, pricing or vehicle lifecycle management.
- Strong analytical skills with a structured approach to data.
- Commercial acumen and risk awareness, with the confidence to influence stakeholders.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and drive business performance within a respected global brand.
